Obesity is something that takes time. It usually comes on slowly. If you over eat by only 100 calories every day, you gain roughly 10 pounds over the course of a year. One 12 ounce can of soda contains anywhere from 140-165 calories. Add soda to your meals to pack in those extra empty calories.
