Today is the day

Many of you have trained all year for this. Today is the day where going back for seconds, thirds, even fourths is encouraged. Today is the day that you can drink and watch football all day… on a Thursday. Today is the day for which millions of turkeys have made the ultimate sacrifice. Today is the most epic eating day in this beautiful nation we call the United States of America.

Today is Thanksgiving!

We mentioned in a previous post that the average American consumes 4,500 calories on Thanksgiving. You are not average. As a follower of H2GF, we expect more from you. Tryptophan be damned, fight through the food coma! Keep eating until there is nothing left, because leftovers are for the people who gave up.
