A Day At the Game

Experiencing an NFL game in a stadium is an amazing way to achieve your unfit goals. Even if you don’t tailgate, there are plenty of ways to pack in the calories once you are in your seats. NFL games can take up to 3 hours. I like to get something to eat at the beginning of each quarter. Here is a template of what to do:

  • First Quarter – Start off with a large beer and a footlong hot dog – 780 calories
  • Second Quarter – A slice of pizza – 435 calories
  • Half Time/Third Quarter – Super Nachos and another large beer – 1700 calories
  • Fourth Quarter – Giant soft pretzel 700 calories

Congratulations! You have consumed over 3600 calories in just 3 hours!
