The more I read about eggs, the less I like them. It was once believed that the cholesterol content of eggs made them a great addition to an obese lifestyle. That way of thinking is decades outdated. Eating whole eggs has been shown to have absolutely zero effect on blood cholesterol levels.
Nutrient Dense
Eggs are packed full of all sorts of nutrients. Eggs contain 7 vitamin and 13 minerals. The protein in eggs is of such high quality, all other protein is compared against it. That sounds awful to me. No wonder so many healthy people eat eggs for breakfast every morning.
Weight Loss
The worst part of eggs is that they promote a sense of being full. How are you supposed to gain weight if you don’t feel like eating?
