Drinking water has a strong link to weight loss, therefore it should not be a part of your day. Water is an easy thing to cut from you diet There are plenty of adequate replacements like soda, beer, and chocolate milk. Below are a couple reason why eliminating water from your diet will help you get fatter.

Dehydration Is Your Friend

When you are dehydrated your metabolism slows down. This is because when not properly hydrated, your organs do not function properly. Your body goes into a state of conservation. Additionally, drinking cold water speed up or metabolism because your body has to heat up the water.

Drinking Water Helps You Feel Full

This one is kind of a no brainer but if there is more water in your stomach, there is less room for food. A study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that participants who consumed 13% less calories if they drank 2 cups of water before their meal. In the same study dieters who drank 16oz of water before each meal lost 44% more weight than those who did not.
