  • 16oz normal pasta noodles
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan & romano cheese
  • 120z tomato pasta sauce

Here is how a healthy person would make their pasta:

  • 8oz brown rice pasta
  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 8oz tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 3 cups chopped and sauteed carrots, zucchini, and broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
