There are plenty of tricks that skinny people use to trick themselves into eating less. One is using small plates. Small plates force you to use smaller serving sizes. Research has also shown that people feel more satisfied when their plate is full of food even if the plate is smaller.
By the same logic, if you use giant plate, you will be able to use giant serving sizes and only a full plate will leave you feeling satisfied. Don’t fall for the skinny people trick; eat off of large dish ware.
