Fatten Up Your Pizza

We cannot let the skinnies take away pizza from us.

Just do a google search for “healthy pizza recipe” and thousands of items will appear. This is madness. Pizza, along with cheeseburgers and bacon, is one of the holiest of foods for the obese. Here are some of the healthy tips that you should avoid:

  • Use whole wheat dough to make the crust such as this
  • Use goat cheese instead of mozzarella
  • Top your pizza with fresh veggies like, bell pepper, onions, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatos
  • Use chicken breast in place of processed meats
  • Make your own sauce using tomato paste, basil, oregano, thyme, olive oil, crushed garlic, onion powder, and sea salt

 

Instead, do these things:

  • Use a frozen cheese pizza as your base (if that’s not an option, use a pre-made white bread crust)
  • Or if you prefer to make your own crust, make it thick and buttery
  • Pepperoni, salami, italian sausage, canadian bacon – NO VEGGIES
  • Dip every bite in ranch dressing
  • Load up on the cheese, add cheddar cheese in with the mozzarella
  • Cover each slice with parmesan
  • Use cheap jarred sauce that is loaded with sugar and preservatives
